Class help.

001The definition, and what it excludes.

Class help is support bound to a specific course that is currently running. That binding is what separates it from everything else on this site. A capstone is a project with its own life; a placement is a search with its own paperwork; class help is measured entirely by what your courseroom is still asking of you before the term closes.

The unit of work is the graded object rather than the week. A course produces a finite list of them: discussion threads, assignments, papers, quizzes, a final. Each one has a weight and an hour cost, and the two rarely line up. An engagement opens by naming that mismatch, since it settles which objects to release and which to hold.

002Three intensities.

Nearly every request resolves into one of three shapes, and knowing which one you are in changes the price more than any other factor.

• A week. One deadline is about to be missed and the rest of the term is fine. Scoped in hours, turned around in days, no ongoing commitment attached.
• A stretch. Three or four consecutive weeks, usually the ones where two courses collide or a work rotation lands badly. This is the most common request and the one that most often extends.
• A term. The full run of a course, every graded object, one lead holding the calendar from the first post to the final submission. Coverage of that repeating weekly load has its own entry in weekly work.

003Who does the work.

A course is assigned to a specialist credentialed in its field, not to whoever is free. Nursing goes to MSN and DNP holders. Statistics goes to someone who reads output rather than recognizing it. Business goes to a CPA or an MBA. Education goes to an M.Ed. Eight leads sit above that bench, one per discipline, and a lead reads every syllabus before any work begins.

You deal with one person for the length of the engagement. The reason is not comfort, it is accuracy: the second time a course is handled by a stranger, the standing conventions of that courseroom get relearned from scratch, and relearning shows up in the grade. If a grader returns a comment, the specialist who wrote the piece handles the revision.

004What it is not.

It is not tutoring, though it contains tutoring. Tutoring optimizes for what you retain; class help optimizes for what the courseroom receives on time. Most engagements do both, because a specialist explaining the rubric row they just answered is cheap to include and expensive to skip.

There are also things we decline in writing. We do not sit proctored examinations. We do not take control of any system that verifies identity against your physical presence. We supply nothing designed to defeat similarity checking or AI detection. Where an exam is the pressure point, the honest product is preparation, which is what exam prep covers.

Questions.

What is the smallest thing you will take on?

A single assignment with a deadline this week. There is no minimum order and no requirement to commit to the rest of the term. Plenty of first engagements are one paper, taken because a shift ran over or a family week went badly, and nothing follows them. That is a completely normal way to use this.

How does class help differ from tutoring?

Tutoring is time you spend to understand something better. Class help is work delivered against an obligation the courseroom has already set. The two overlap constantly: a specialist who writes to a rubric row will explain the row if you want it explained. What you are actually buying is the delivery, on the date, in the format the school expects.

Do you work in my LMS?

The bench works daily in Canvas, Brightspace, Blackboard and Halo, which between them cover almost every online program in the United States. Platform matters less than course format: a five-week course and a fifteen-week term are different problems no matter which system is serving them. Say which school and we will tell you who has worked in it.

What does class help cost?

There is no rate card, because two courses with the same credit count can differ by a factor of three in actual hours. We read the syllabus, count the graded objects, and quote against them, itemized so you can strike out anything you would rather keep. Quotes come back within two hours and cost nothing.

Is any of this confidential?

All of it. We have never contacted a student's school or employer and do not intend to. Reviews here use initials and a field of study only. Billing descriptors are discreet. Specialists work under standing non-disclosure agreements, and the particulars of your course go only to the lead assigned to it.
